Return, refund and exchange policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, all RGarden products, opened and unopened, must be returned to the shipper within 90 days of purchase. Vitalizer Plus and Keosan Water Filter must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
For open bottles, only one refund per product will be given (you cannot return two open bottles of the same product and get a refund for both).
Any product received as a promotional offer must also be returned or you will be charged for the product kept.
We do not refund any shipping charges.
